Joe Earley and Adam Smith have been named co-presidents of direct-to-consumer.
They will share responsibility for the strategy and financial performance of Disney+ and Hulu, reporting to both Walden and Bergman.Earley will also head content strategy for direct-to-consumer, while Smith continues as chief product and technology officer for Disney Entertainment and ESPN.
Sean Shoptaw will serve as executive vice president of games and digital entertainment, overseeing Disney's games business.
